Frequently Asked Questions
Find Answers To Common Questions About Our Products And Services
Q: What shipping lines do you use?

A: We work with major and reliable shipping lines such as MSC, Maersk, COSCO, and ONE, depending on the destination, schedule, and best available rates.

Q: Can you ship vehicles in containers with personal effects or spare parts?

A: No. Due to strict international customs regulations, vehicles must be shipped in dedicated containers without any other goods. Spare parts must be declared and shipped separately.

Q: What documents will I receive for customs clearance in my country?

A: You will receive the complete set of original shipping documents, including:

  • Bill of Lading (Original)
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Export Customs Declaration
  • Vehicle Title Copy / Export Certificate
  • Bill of Sight (if applicable)
Q: How long do you hold a vehicle after my deposit?

A deposit secures the vehicle for you. We typically allow 5-7 business days for the balance payment and final agreement. Extensions can be discussed if needed.

Q: What is the step-by-step ordering process?
A:
  1. Inquiry & Quotation: You send requirements; we send offers with photos/reports.
  2. Vehicle Reservation: You pay a deposit to reserve the vehicle(s).
  3. Final Inspection & Agreement: We reconfirm condition; you approve.
  4. Payment: You pay the balance.
  5. Processing & Shipping: We handle export docs, customs, and ship.
  6. Documentation: We send you all original shipping documents.
  7. Arrival: Track the vessel; clear customs at your port.
Q: Do the vehicles come with a full tank of gas?

A: For safety and compliance during shipping, vehicles are delivered with a minimal amount of fuel (typically enough for loading/unloading), not a full tank.

Q: What happens if the vehicle condition differs from the report upon my inspection?

A: We stand by the accuracy of our reports. In the unlikely event of a significant undisclosed discrepancy confirmed by mutual agreement or third-party assessment, we will work towards a resolution, which may include price adjustment or vehicle replacement.

Q: Can I arrange my own third-party inspection?

A: Yes, and we encourage it for your peace of mind. You can appoint an independent inspector (e.g., SGS, TÜV) at your cost, and we will fully cooperate to facilitate the inspection at our yard.

Q: Do you test drive every vehicle?

A: Yes, as part of our comprehensive inspection, all vehicles undergo a road test to check transmission shifts, braking, alignment, steering, and overall driving performance.

Q: Can I see a sample of your inspection report?

A: Certainly. We can send you a sample (with sensitive data redacted) showcasing the detailed checkpoints we cover, including engine, transmission, suspension, underbody, electronics, and interior/exterior condition.
