A: We use an internal A/B/C grading system based on exterior, interior, mechanical condition, and tire life. "A" grade signifies excellent condition with minimal wear, while "C" grade indicates good functional condition with more visible wear or minor repairs needed. Photos and reports clarify the grade.

Q: Can I get a detailed proforma invoice?

A: Absolutely. Upon finalizing your selection, we will provide a detailed Proforma Invoice listing all costs, vehicle details (VIN, model, etc.), and payment terms for your review and bank processing.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?

A: We believe in transparent pricing. All major costs (vehicle price, our service fee, documentation, inland transport to port, freight, insurance) will be clearly itemized in your proforma invoice. We will inform you of any potential minor port handling fees at origin.

Q: Can I pay via PayPal or Western Union?

A: Due to the high value of transactions and associated fees/risks, we do not accept PayPal or Western Union for vehicle payments. We use secure bank transfers (T/T) or L/C.

Q: Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?

A: Yes, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit at sight from reputable banks. This is a common and secure payment method for large transactions. Specific terms should be agreed upon before order confirmation.

Q: What is included in your CIF price?

A: Our CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) price includes the FOB elements plus sea freight to your nominated destination port and basic marine insurance against total loss (as per Institute Cargo Clauses C). Port charges at destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Q: What is included in your FOB price?

A: Our FOB (Free On Board) price typically includes the vehicle cost, full inspection, basic cleaning, export documentation preparation, and delivery to the loading port in China/Source country. It excludes international shipping and insurance.

Q: Are your prices negotiable, especially for large orders?

A: Yes, we offer competitive wholesale pricing. Significant volume orders, repeat business, and container-based purchases are eligible for negotiation and attractive discounts. Contact our sales team for a customized quote.

Q: Do you deal in salvage, flooded, or accident-damaged cars?

A: No, as a standard policy, we do not export salvage, flood-damaged, or structurally totaled vehicles. We focus on clean-title, roadworthy cars suitable for resale and reliable operation.
